The fee categories that matter
Rather than memorising a rate that may be out of date tomorrow, check each of these categories on the official platform before you commit.
- Card issuance fee — a one-off cost when a virtual or physical card is created.
- Top-up or deposit fee — charged when you move crypto into the account balance.
- Conversion spread — the rate applied when your balance converts to the spending currency.
- Transaction or FX fee — applied to purchases, especially in a currency other than the card currency.
- ATM withdrawal fee — applies to physical cards where cash withdrawal is supported.
- Network fees — blockchain costs charged by the network, not the platform.
Where to find the current rates
RedotPay publishes its own fee information in the app and on its official website and support pages. That is the only authoritative source. Treat any figure quoted by a third party, including this page, as background rather than a price you can rely on.
Fees vs the cost of an account
The prices listed on this site are for our independent account service — $150 for the Personal option and $350 for the Business option — and are separate from anything RedotPay charges for issuance, top-ups, or spending.
Budget for both: the one-time cost of getting set up, and the ongoing platform costs of actually using the card.
Questions to ask before ordering
Ask what is included in the handover, what is not, and which costs you will still pay directly to the platform. We answer these on WhatsApp or Telegram before any payment is made.
